A sign-up sheet for an experiment should be posted by 8:00 a.m. Friday, March 3rd.
A research study entitled “Categorization,Objectification, Labeling, and Communication Strategies”
is now available for participation. Participation in this study will involve viewing images on a
computer and communicating about them through writing and drawing, and answering questions. It should
take about 20 minutes. This study is open to all students 18 years and older currently enrolled
in SPCM1100, SPCM1500, or other SPCM courses that allow for research participation. Participation
qualifies for the research familiarization requirement for basic speech courses.
